Any person or legal entity engaging in the activity of Telemarketing is required to register itself with Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) and comply with the TRAI guidelines.

What is Telemarketer Registration :-
Register as a Telemarketer if you want to use the commercial communication services for transactional/service/promotional SMS & Calls on behalf of another organization. You will be asked to further register Enterprises through your account to carry out service for your clients.
How can we do telemarketer registration in DLT Portal as per TRAI Regulation 2018
You can signup on any DLT platform (Telecom Operators ) with all the required documents, authorization letter and do the OTP Verification and pay the processing fee online then get approval within 5 working days.

- PAN Card
- GST Certificate
- Proof of Identity
- Proof of Address
What is Enterprise Registration :-
Register as an Enterprise if you want to use commercial communication services for transactional/service/promotional SMS & Calls for your own organization.
Telemarketing terms and conditions for registration as a telemarketer (delivery function) with Access Services Provider
- Telemarketer Registration Certificate will be valid for 5 years from the date of registration.
- Access Services Provider shall have the right to revoke a registration at any point in time.
- Registration process will be completed only post submitting required mandatory documents and payment from client
- Address Verification will be conducted before issuing TM Certificate by our authorized agents
- Telemarketer Certificate will be issued within 5- 15 working days after submitting mandatory documents and payments
- Renewal Telemarketer will be issued fresh registration number
- Registration charges as applicable would apply
- Charges will be non-refundable
- Incase of Negative Verification , registration amount will not be refunded
- The Registration certificate will be applicable for both Voice and SMS service.
